Okay, so I got married this past spring, and never in a million years would I have considered bubbles.  In my head it was too “old school” and I needed to find a more original and creative way to do our sendoff.  Needless to say, we ended up doing tissue confetti, which turned out beautifully, but THEN I shot this wedding. Let’s just say I have changed my mind about bubbles.  Some of the great benefits include:

1. People cannot pelt you with really hard things in your face and make every step a defensive action (which in return makes the photos not so attractive).

2. Bubbles are CHEAP!

3. There is no cleanup

4. You aren’t taking the risk of burning down the venue, other people, or your beautiful dress (if using sparklers)

5. One cannot deny there is just something magical about them and the color they bring to a photo

Now I will say, they are beautiful at night as well, but not quite as attractive as they are for daytime and evening sendoffs. This is probably my favorite
