Yuch and Doug’s wedding was nothing short of a beautiful fairytale! As a little girl myself who grew up dreaming of this type of weeding, reality quickly sunk in as an adult. I mean who really gets to have this dream come true? Without traveling to Europe, do castles even exist in America? Well, I can tell you for sure that they do! The Castle at Rockwall is a beautiful venue and it is exactly what dreams are made of! Yuch fulfills her dreams wearing a beautiful gown with gloves and even rode in on a horse and carriage! Swoon! With Wild Rose Events in charge of florals, the day couldn’t have been more perfect!

From the Bride:

As a little girl, it was my dream to be a princess, living in a castle with lots of flowers, wearing a gown that’s as soft as the clouds. And one day I would marry a handsome prince and we would live together happily ever after. It all came true on September 23rd, 2017. We had our wedding at the Castle at Rockwall which was a breathtakingly beautiful venue. The weather was perfect and there were lots of flowers. I walked down the aisle with a crown and a cathedral veil, just like a princess.

The day was perfect not only because of all the nice things we had that day but also because we were surrounded by our families and friends who have been so supportive. Most of them came from out of town, some even out of the country, just to be with us on our big day. We felt it was the best day of our lives because it was the one day when WE were celebrated, our love was celebrated, by the people we love and love us the most.

We were actually quite nervous before the wedding. It was the most important day of our lives so far and we were not experienced! Neither of us was great at party planning, so it was probably not a good idea that we didn’t hire a wedding planner. But thanks to our awesome vendors, the wedding came together ever so beautifully. There were small mess-ups that we still laughed about afterwards, but compared to the tremendous amount of happiness and blessings we felt, they were nothing.

It was a very special day to say the least. I’m glad Adria Lea Photography captured every precious moment so we can always relive that day and feel the joy whenever we look at these pictures.
