Jessica shot Amanda and Paul’s engagement photos, and oh man are they beautiful!! Can we just sit in awe for a minute over that braid and her makeup?! AMAZING!! We love these two so much, and their love for each other shows in every photo. They have an absolute blast together and are clearly not just an amazing couple, but best friends too! They are a true inspiration, and were such a joy to work with!!2017-04-29_0001.jpg

“Everyone always tells you how quickly your wedding day will go by, and it is so true! All the planning, stress, sleepless nights, and anticipation lead up to such a magical day. For Daniel and I, it was a way to officially dedicate our lives together in the presence of God and with our family. I remember on that day thinking just how incredibly lucky I was to be marrying the man of my dreams and to have all my best girls by my side. Walking down the aisle is such an emotionally charged day, and I remember the overwhelming joy and peace as I locked eyes with Dan at the end of the aisle. The wedding day was more than I could have ever imagined, and Adria and Jessica made it such a fun and easy going time! They were so great and keeping everyone organized and on schedule. They also do an amazing job at keeping you from feeling awkward, intruded upon, or “staged” for wedding pictures. They kept everything very easy going and fun. In fact, we had multiple family members and friends commenting on how great the photographers were. We loved them!”2017-04-20_0001.jpg

Carolyn’s bridal session happened just three days before her wedding! Her original session was rained out, so we squeezed it in just in time! I rushed edited these photos for her so that they would be done in time for the wedding, and WOW did they come out beautifully!! She is so gorgeous, and combined with one of my absolute favorite venues, The White Sparrow Barn, that amazing dress, and a 5 star florist, Wild Rose Events, this session turned out to be my all time favorite! I am so excited to be back out at The White Sparrow Barn today shooting her wedding, and I cannot wait to share that day with you all soon. I’m certain it will be one for the books! Congrats Carolyn, and thank you so much for trusting me with this, and having faith that I could make it all come together before the wedding!2017-04-20_0026.jpg

This is the perfect DIY wedding! Cristina put so much thought and effort into creating all artificial bouquets, flower crowns, centerpiece decorations, and other wedding décor! She also did her own makeup and they rented the bridesmaid dresses from Rent the Runway! Props to Cristina for being the #1 DIY bride!

“Chris and I met in the summer of 2010 when he was back home in Houston working a summer job and I was completing my internship for what would be my full-time job. We met for the first time at our mutual friend’s birthday party at the beginning of the summer but only briefly talked – it was definitely not love at first sight. Neither of us really thought anything of it and went about our separate ways. As the summer went on, one of our other mutual friends decided to take the initiative in match-making since the birthday party didn’t work and gave him my number. Chris reached out to me, knowing I didn’t know many people in Houston, and we went out for a movie and this time bonded over our love of college football and mutual respect for his Honda Civic. As the summer ended, we both went back to our respective rival schools (Texas A&M and the University of Texas) with the intention of “seeing how things would go” although we had already had many great dates together. Back at school, we talked for hours on the phone and it was obvious we would just end up dating long distance. Despite decades of rivalry between our two schools (oh, and the long-distance aspect of course), we made it work, both eventually ended up in Houston, and here we are seven years later! He surprised me one day after work with a ring in our apartment, knowing I wasn’t one for big, splashy proposals and because the apartment was our first home we made together.
We loved the opportunity to gather all of our family and friends from all over the country together in one place and tear up the dance floor! Now that everyone has grown, graduated, and moved away from home, we cherish all the times we get to have a reunion with our family and friends and have the best time together possible. One of our favorite moments of the wedding was probably seeing people of all ages get down to “Hot in Herre” by Nelly.”

Lindsey’s original bridal session was rained out. She is so easy going and decided to just reschedule after the wedding to take some pressure off! We took the photos at Lakeside Park in Dallas, and they turned out so beautiful! The park is always kept so nice and allows for some really creative shots! A big thanks to Lindsey for trusting me with these special moments in her life!
